ADMINISTRATION OF THE POLYTECHNIC THE GOVERNING COUNCIL This is the highest policy making body of the Polytechnic. It comprises a Chairman and other members among whom are the Rector and two Representatives of Polytechinc Academic Board. The Registrar is the Secretary to the Governing Council.
